KTC seminars are a useful and enjoyable way to stay informed about current legal developments.  They also provide a valuable opportunity to meet the KTC team and network with other likeminded clients.

There has been a great deal of interest in attendance at our Second Winter Seminar scheduled for 24 August 2010 addressing the proposed changes to the Holidays Act and Employment Relations Act. As a result, that session is now full with others on a waiting list.

Given the significant interest in our Seminar addressing the proposed changes, we will be repeating the Seminar on 9 September 2010.

The Holidays Bill and the Employment Relations Amendment Bill were introduced into Parliament this week.
