Rebecca Rendle

Rebecca holds degrees in Law and Arts from the University of Canterbury. Prior to joining Kiely Thompson Caisley in November 2009 she spent 5 years with a Nelson firm where she practiced in the areas of employment, family and criminal law. She has regularly appeared in the District and Family Courts and has represented employers and employees at mediation and throughout investigation and disciplinary procedures. She has also appeared as junior counsel in the High Court and Court of Appeal. 

Rebecca is focused on providing practical and timely advice on a range of employment law issues including personal grievances, restructuring, employment agreements and policies and health and safety matters.
