Daniel joined Kiely Thompson Caisley as a solicitor in February 2005.  Prior to that, he had over 5 ½ years experience working for a national law firm in its Christchurch and Wellington offices.

Daniel has spent much of his career to date specialising in employment law and related issues.  He has made a number of appearances in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court, as well as representing clients at mediation.  He also has experience working in the general civil jurisdiction.
As well as providing advocacy and representation, Daniel can advise on compliance issues such as employment agreement and policy drafting, Holidays Act matters and health and safety obligations.

 He has advised a number of employers in a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, information technology and tourism.
